‘Killing the Eunuch Khan’ to vie at Fantaspoa filmfest

Iranian movie ‘Killing the Eunuch Khan’ is scheduled to be screened at the Fantaspoa - International Fantastic Film Festival of Porto Alegre in Brazil.

Directed by Abed Abest, the film will vie at the Fantasy Section of the 18th edition of the event.

Produced by Shahrzad Seifi, the movie narrates the life story of a serial killer.

The cast list of the film includes Ebrahim Azizi, Vahid Rad, Misaq Zare, Iman Basim, Sara Mohammadi, and Mahsima Kabari.

The movie has previously participated in a number of international festivals in Estonia and India.

According to the official website of the festival, “Fantaspoa is the largest film festival dedicated exclusively to films of fantastic genre (fantasy, science fiction, horror and thriller) in Latin America”.

This year’s edition of the event will be launched on May 20 – April 1.
